HeyWith is a place to create personalized video content for your audience. You can use personalized videos to inspire, engage, and delight your audience by offering 1-on-1 Video Q&A, Consultation & Advice, Shoutouts, Knowledge & Feedback, Premium Videos, and other custom experiences.
To join HeyWith as a expert, you need to create an account, set your rate, and share your profile with your audience to receive paid questions. Once a new question is received, you have 7 days to record and upload your answer in video format. When you successfully upload an answer, you'll automatically get a payout in your bank.
There are no upper limits to earning, you'll earn as much money as you choose to answer questions & complete video requests. We've seen some experts earn more than $10,000 per month by just spending less than half an hour creating videos every day. The more questions you answer, the more money you will make.
You are paid on the 1st and 15th of every month. You can choose how you’d like to get paid: by PayPal or direct bank deposit. We're working to reduce the payout time by per week basis.
HeyWith does not charge any money from experts. You will earn the same amount as your rate. If your rate is $100, you will earn $100 in your bank account. However, to keep the platform operational, we may add additional (up to 20%) to the total rate to cover payment processing, hosting, support, and all other services cost.

You can promote your profile page on your social media accounts such as Blog, Newsletter, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Quora, YouTube and other platforms. The best way to inform everyone is to add HeyWith profile link into social media profile bio, so your new and existing audience will know about you. You can also share your profile link to users who are sending you DM for services, questions, and advice.
As soon as the user asks you a question or send a request, you will receive an email from [email protected] You can also see all your new requests by visiting https://heywith.com/requests/new
Yes, you can always reject a new request by clicking on the red cross button 'Reject' from your requests list at https://heywith.com/requests/new. Your users will not be charged for rejecting a question.
Yes, you can pause your account at any time by visiting the Settings Page. When you pause your account your users can not send you a request.
The cost of asking a question is set individually by creators. The price may vary depending on whom you are asking a question.
Your card will not be charged until your question is answered. When you ask a question, we will put a hold on your card for up to 7 days until your question is answered. If for some reason your question is rejected or not answered, the hold on your card will be removed within 7 days. We do not store card details, all payments are managed by Stripe.
Currently, it is not possible to update or cancel questions once asked. In the upcoming version, we will integrate this feature into our website.
All experts have 7 days to answer your question. If the expert rejects or failed to answer a question, we will remove the hold on your card within 7 days.
